JAQUELINE BISSET, PRESIDENT OF THE JURY

13/05/2010

The most beautiful face in cinema history was born in Weybridge, England. Jacqueline Bisset started her vocational training with ballet and acting classes and went on to do photo shoots. At the age of  23, she got her great opportunity as  main character in the film Two for the Road directed by Stanley Donen. In 1968 she shared the main role with Frank Sinatra in the film "The Detective.  Bullit" (1968), "Airpor"t(1970), "The Deep" (1977), "Rich and Famous" (1981) and "Under the volcano" (1984) are some of the movies in which we can admire the work of Jacqueline Bisset.  In a career that has spanned more than 30 years this icon has made 70 films and worked in America and Europe with directors such as Polansky, George Cukor, and John Huston. We are honoured to have her with us this year.
